Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of VendOS TCG, the vendor management web app at vendostcg.com. By signing up, you agree to them. If you do not, do not create an account.

• You're responsible for keeping your password and 2FA codes secure.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you put in. We don't verify inventory, prices, or transaction details.
• One account per person or business. Do not share credentials with employees. Make them their own accounts when we support that.
• You must be at least 13 years old.

VendOS TCG is a software tool to help you manage inventory, transactions, and trade-show logistics for trading cards. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and provider outages happen.

• We are not a marketplace, escrow, or payment processor. Money moves directly between you and your buyers.
• We are not responsible for disputes between you and any buyer, seller, or third party.
• We do not verify card authenticity, grading, or pricing accuracy.
• Market prices shown in the app come from third-party data sources (TCGPlayer, PriceCharting). We provide them as-is; they may be stale, incorrect, or missing.

You agree not to:

• Use VendOS TCG to facilitate illegal activity, including the sale of counterfeit goods.
• Attempt to access other vendors' data, bypass security, or reverse-engineer the app.
• Scrape or programmatically extract data you're not entitled to.
• Submit content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of every row you create in VendOS TCG: inventory, transactions, photos, notes. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process that content solely to provide the service to you. We do not use it for marketing, training models, or anything else.

VendOS TCG is free during its introductory period only. This is a limited-time introductory offer, not a permanent free service, and we expect to move to paid subscription plans. When we do, your access will not be charged automatically: existing accounts will be notified at least 30 days before any billing begins, and you will be able to choose a plan or stop using the service before then. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.

We may offer rewards (such as invite credits, cash bonuses, or profile badges) when you refer new vendors who sign up with your code and confirm their account. Rewards are promotional and apply only to genuine new accounts, one per person. We may withhold or reverse rewards for self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts, or any attempt to game the program, and our decision in those cases is final. Cash bonuses are paid at our discretion after we verify the referrals, and you are responsible for any taxes on them. We may change the reward tiers and amounts, or pause or end the program, at any time. Rewards already validly earned before a change will be honored.

You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Security. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms with reasonable notice, or immediately for severe violations.

When an account is deleted (by you or us), every row tied to it is removed from our database. Backups roll off our retention window within 30 days.

VendOS TCG is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (currently $0 during the introductory period).

When these terms change, we'll update the date at the top and surface a notice in-app. Material changes that reduce your rights will include a 30-day notice before taking effect.
