Delete Your Account, VendOS TCG

VendOS TCG lets you permanently delete your account and the data tied to it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1: Delete it yourself in the app

Open VendOS TCG and sign in.
Go to Settings → Security.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

This happens immediately and cannot be undone. Before you delete, you can export a full copy of your data from the same Settings → Security screen.

Option 2: Ask us to delete it

Email vendoroshelp@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account." We verify the request and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Your account details (email, business name, phone, profile photo)
All inventory items, including any photos you uploaded
All transactions, trades, shows, and expenses
Survey responses and any nicknames or notes you added
Your two-factor authentication secret, if you set one up

What we keep, and for how long

We do not retain your personal data after deletion. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on a rolling basis within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregate analytics that can no longer be linked to you may remain. If we are legally required to keep a limited record (for example, tax or fraud-prevention obligations), we keep only what the law requires and nothing more.
