Common questions
- How do subscriptions and the free trial work? New vendors get a 14-day free trial. After that, pick a plan (monthly, quarterly, or annual). You can see the plans and pricing on the pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
- How do I manage or cancel my subscription? On iPhone/iPad, manage it in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. You can also reach billing from Settings → Billing in the app.
- How do I reset my password? Use the login page and tap “Forgot password,” or email us and we'll help.
- How do I delete my account? Visit vendostcg.com/delete-account or email us.
